About
Sambungapi is the one connection for the tools your team’s bots use.
Channels are where your bots talk to people — WhatsApp today, Teams next. Tools are what your bots can read, write, and act on: the Google suite, Outlook, OneDrive, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Linear, and Jira, with more arriving as the catalog grows.
An organization keeps its connections in one place — projects own the credentials, integrations, connected accounts, and execution history its applications use. Sambungapi keeps those resource families explicit, so callers can use personal tokens or project-scoped API keys and receive the access scope that matches the request.
Sambungapi is built and operated by Metatech ID (PT Trifidia Cipta Korpora). This page describes the product’s current role and does not promise provider availability that has not been configured for a deployment.
For machine-readable guidance, see /llms.txt. The public API description is at /openapi.json, with the bounded control and tools contracts at /v1/specs/control and /v1/specs/tools. The public policy pages are Privacy and Terms; the public operations contact is Contact.
Operations mailbox
Share the context our operations team needs to help with a product, integration, privacy, or security question.
For Sambungapi product questions, integration help, feedback, privacy requests, or security reports, email info@metatech.id — or use the Metatech contact form. Include enough context for the operations team to understand the request, such as the relevant endpoint, project or organization identifier, timestamp, and request ID when one is available. Do not send access tokens, OAuth client secrets, API keys, session cookies, or other credentials in email.
Sambungapi is a tool connection platform built and operated by Metatech ID (PT Trifidia Cipta Korpora). It manages organizations, projects, connected accounts, provider authorization, tool discovery, and live actions through an API. The public API description is at /openapi.json, and the bounded contracts are at /v1/specs/control and /v1/specs/tools.
For privacy and data-handling context, read Privacy. For service terms, read Terms. Provider availability can differ by deployment configuration, so include the deployment URL and the exact behavior you observed when asking for integration help.
The mailbox is a public business contact for Sambungapi operations; this page does not promise a response time or a particular service level. The About page explains the product scope without claiming provider features that a deployment has not configured.

You’ll continue at your identity provider — Sambungapi never sees or stores a password.
